Beers are amazing. Also have a variety of other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food and service are also great. Sat outside by fire pit.

The workers are so friendly. The place is truly a gem. I love the fact you can sit by the Riverwalk, inside or out on the sidewalk. Dogs are allowed. Parking was easy and the food was on point. Beer choices were aplenty and we highly recommend the hefeweizen, cream ale and coffee stout. The Buffalo cauliflower and tacos are also fantastic.

Cody the Manager was so welcoming, even at the end of the night....we came as a group of 15 at 830 and they close at 9pm. When a place post they close a give time, as a restaurant owner you want to take customers up til that time. But I have known service staff to turn you away even though they are still open for 30 min, and felt so unwelcome, that it makes me wish the owner knew. Not Skout. They are extremely lucky to have Cody as their manager and im sure our group spent $300 plus more in sales and $50 more in tips. Not bad. And great to leave feeling so good about our local spot! 3/11/25 Everything we ordered was delicious, and with so many options on the menu, there’s bound to be something for everyone. The giant pretzel is no joke—the waitress warned us about the size, but we were still shocked when it arrived! It’s definitely big enough to share among a group of friends. Skout has a beautiful location right across from Lithia Park, with plenty of outdoor seating. Parking can be tricky since it’s limited in the area, but it’s worth the short walk, especially with all the great shops to explore nearby.

We were first time visitors with our relatives from Ashland and got introduced to Skout. In short: great variety of IPAs, great food (we had tacos and brisket), waiting time was perfect for food delivery at table. We loved the outside space / seating right next to a creek. If you want to digest a possible carb heavy meal there is Lythia park right across the street, so you can combine it with a walk in the park afterwards. Will visit again, Cheers from Germany!

During a visit to Lithia Park we decided to try Skout for lunch. Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The food was outstanding. I had their fish and chips and my wife had their bratwurst. The portions were generous and delivered quickly. I couldn't finish mine it was so ample. The dining room and exterior seating was comfortable and spotless. Staff checked on us twice and were very pleasant. One thing that really impressed us was that they put their restroom access code on the bottom of their receipts. Truly a class act and will be our "go to" place when visiting Lithia Park.

We stopped in while traveling through Oregon. Wow!! Delicious!! Love the vibe and the food was amazing. Brisket sandwich and loaded potato soup. Yum. Housemade pickles are delicious too. Would recommend.

Had a great smash burger! My wife had an awesome prime rib sandwich. We sat outside. The atmosphere was great. Skout Taphouse is pet friendly. We took our two dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Skout Taphouse!

When you're in Ashland, Oregon, this is a must-stop spot! The atmosphere is fantastic, whether you choose to dine indoors or enjoy the outdoor seating. They offer a great selection of beer and wine, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Fish & Chips — some of the best I've had! If you're looking for a place with great food, drinks, and a welcoming vibe, you definitely don’t want to miss this place.

My son recommended this Taphouse while we were traveling through the area. It was a wonderful find. I thoroughly enjoyed the American Brown Ale, Comfy Womfy, brewed by Backwoods Brewing Co. We also shared a large pretzel with three dipping sauces and some sauerkraut. Great taphouse, I will come back and would highly recommend it.
